funny menu for you
with hot plum sauce
450g/1lb plums, halved
1 teaspoon granulated sugar
225g/8oz low-fat fromage frais
• Put the plums in a pan with
2 tablespoons water, and cook
very gently until the juice runs.
• Cover and stew over a gentle heat
until tender and pulpy. Purée in a
blender or food processor, and
return to the pan. Add the sugar
• Spoon the fromage frais into four
individual dishes. Spoon the hot
sauce over, and serve immediately.
