Shrimp with Chinese Wine and Butter.



Ingredient

2-3 large peeled shrimp or lobster.
1 tablespoon sugar.
1 teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper.
2 tablespoons Chinese wine.
A little oil.
1 tablespoon butter.
2 tablespoons minced garlic.
Good fish sauce 1 tbsp.
1 tablespoon oyster sauce.
2 tablespoons chopped cilantro.

How to do

1. The hot pan, add butter, then fry until shrimp is cooked, scoop up. Stir-fry garlic and onion, add enough oil in the wok with oyster sauce, sugar, fish sauce and black pepper.

2. Followed by Chinese liquor. Add shrimp, stir-fried accommodation to taste. Taste first lap and onto the plate. Serve sprinkled with coriander.
